Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the VerbPal app:

• Open VerbPal and go to the Profile tab (bottom-right).
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion in the prompt. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at verbpal@abbika.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, email address, preferences)
• All learning progress and verb mastery data
• Exercise history and session analytics
• Streak and journey progress
• Notification settings

Retention periods

After deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Recognized text from speaking exercises (short practice words and phrases — audio is never recorded) may be retained for up to 90 days to monitor recognition quality, after which it is automatically deleted.

Subscription and payment records are retained by the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and RevenueCat in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.
